Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period and Scope
Warranty Period: 2 years from the original date of purchase (based on a valid purchase invoice or sales receipt).
Applicable Products: Only new stick vacuums sold through the brand's official channels (brand website, authorized e-commerce platforms). Used, refurbished, or purchased through unauthorized channels are not covered by this policy.
Coverage: Free repair or replacement of defective parts due to defects in material or workmanship, such as the motor, battery, and stick connection.
2. Circumstances Not Covered
Products purchased through unofficial channels
Damage caused by improper operation, such as dropping, impact, water damage, or overloading.
Maintenance not in accordance with the product manual, such as failure to clean the filter for an extended period or use of non-original accessories.
Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair by unauthorized personnel.
Naturally worn parts, such as the filter, brush head, roller brush, and other consumables (see the product manual for details).
Product damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
Lack of valid proof of purchase, discrepancies between the product and the proof of purchase, or products beyond the warranty period.
3. Warranty Claim Process
Materials: Require product proof of purchase (invoice or sales order screenshot), product model, and photos or videos of the product failure.
Contact Customer Service: Submit a warranty claim through the official website after-sales portal or authorized e-commerce platform customer service, describing the product failure.
Product Shipping/Inspection: Following customer service instructions, ship the defective product to the brand's designated after-sales service center (shipping costs will be determined by customer service). A professional will inspect the cause of the failure.
Repair and Return: Upon confirmation that the product is covered by the warranty, the after-sales center will complete the repair and return the product to you within 7-15 business days. If the failure cannot be repaired, a replacement or other reasonable solution will be provided based on the product's condition.
