Why does the vacuum cleaner not work?

1.The power switch is faulty .Contact customer service for replacement.

2.Overheating protection activated .Turn off and let it cool for 15 minutes before restarting.

3.The battery is damaged, loose, or incorrectly installed.Reinsert or replace the battery.

4.Low battery .Charge the vacuum cleaner for at least 30 minutes.

5.The brush head is clogged .Remove debris from the brush roller.

 Why is the suction power weak or not picking up debris?

1.Low battery . Fully charge the vacuum cleaner.

2.Dustbin is full . Empty and clean the dustbin.

3.Clogged HEPA filter .Clean or replace the filter.

4.Blocked extension tube .Check and remove any obstructions.

5.Brush head clogged .Clean the brush roller and remove tangled debris.

Why won’t the battery charge (red flashing light or no light)?

1.Wrong charger .Use only the original AZVKEA charger.

2.Damaged charger.Replace the charger if faulty.

3.Dead or damaged battery . Replace the battery pack.

4.Battery overheated . Remove and let it cool at room temperature.

Why does the floor brush stop rotating?

1.Brush roller clogged .Clean the roller and avoid large debris.

2.Dustbin full .Empty the dustbin to restore suction.

Why is the vacuum cleaner suddenly louder?

1.Clogged filter. Clean or replace the HEPA filter.

2.Blockage in the suction path .Check the hose and brush head for obstructions.

Why does the battery drain quickly after charging?

1.Battery aging .Replace the battery if it no longer holds a charge.

2.Charging in extreme temperatures .Charge at room temperature (20-25°C).

Why does the vacuum cleaner emit a bad smell?

1.Dirty dustbin .Wash with mild detergent and dry thoroughly.

2.Moldy filter . Clean and disinfect the filter, then let it dry completely.
