1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

(1) Hassle-free Returns

No reason to return or exchange within 30 days (counted from the date of signing)

Conditions to be met:

▸ Goods in good condition, no traces of use;

▸ The original packaging and all the accessories are complete;

▸ Attached gifts are unopened.

(2) Service within the warranty period

Quality problem handling:

▸ After 30 days to 2 years warranty period: provide free repair or replacement service;

▸ Major failure (confirmed by engineer test): can directly replace the new product.

(3) Exclusions

▸ Human damage (such as fall, liquid intrusion, etc.);

▸ Unauthorized modification or use of non-original parts;

▸ Exceeding the warranty period (you can apply for paid repair).

3. Refund Process

(1) Steps: submit an application → send back the product → quality control (1-2 working days) → refund in the same way.

(2) Timeliness commitment: arrive within 3-5 working days after the quality control passes

Third-party platform purchase: Returns are processed according to the platform rules, and it is recommended to contact the platform's customer service as a matter of priority.

Notes: 

▸ Problems caused by man-made damage or unauthorized modification need to be repaired at your own expense;

▸ Dispute Handling: if you have any objections to the service results, please contact customer service to file a complaint within 5 working days after receiving the processing notice.
